What is Echelon?
Echelon is a decentralized financial market written in the Move programming language. Its users can borrow and lend assets to each other indirectly via non-custodial pools to earn interest or increase one's buying power with leverage. V1 is a money market enabling permissionless borrowing and lending of assets. The protocol protects lenders from defaults and collateral volatility by requiring borrowers to over-collateralize loans, performing liquidations, and other other risk management parameters.
